FAQ

1.Can NOT connect:

You need to follow the user manual until you can search ’BT Keyboard’ in PS4 console settings. Once you try to pair, it shows up random code numbers and you need to input these numbers and press ‘Enter’ on the chatpad to finish connection.

2.Charger port breaks easily:

The charging port is micro USB type, it has to be plugged in the right position, do NOT attempt to push the charger adapter hardly into the charging port; it is not a reversible docking.

3.Awake from sleep mode:

The chatpad will be shut off after few minutes without using it, you need to press any key on it to awake it, at the meantime, it needs few seconds to reconnect to your PS4 console.
