Question:	Keyboard isn't working, added new batteries - is there a reset button? And I no longer have the instructions - how do I connect to a new computer
Answer:	My keyboard does that sometimes. (A lot actually.) But I just wiggle the batteries around and then it starts working again with no more interruptions that whole session. That is, until the next time I turn it off/on lol. All in all, despite that, my keyboard hasn't been giving me any problems. But I've barely been using it a month.
Question:	My keyboard is interfering with my wireless mouse- if both are on, I have issues scrolling and selecting anything with my mouse. Any suggestions
Answer:	What you can try to do (if it isn't already) is to move the dongle/receiver to a USB 2.0 port. I was having mouse latency issues and couldn't figure it out. Read forums which had me change display settings and everything but nothing seemed to work. Then I moved the keyboard's dongle from the back of the computer to the front and still nothing. But I had been using the USB 3.0 (blue) port because I was wanting a faster keyboard response. BUT when I moved it (keyboard dongle) to the slower port (black), then the keyboard and all mouse latency went away and has been fine ever since. The keyboard's response time is perfect and mouse no longer lags. If your setup isn't already like that, give that a try.

Answer:	Hi, Kindly notice that the INSERT key is in zero of Numeric keypad. When you press MumLOCK, it is zero, press again, it is INSERT. But if the computer is Mac system, the key only is Zero. Answer:	It will fit ok, but don't buy this product! The top row of keys are mislabeled. All but 2 of them are wrong and that includes some valuable functions are hidden from view. You will end up hitting wrong key by mistake. I got a refund on mine.
Question:	Are the keys a "low profile" or standard "profile
Answer:	Doesn't stick in place and will fall off if the keyboard is tilted far enough. When laid out it stays in place just fine. Warning, the top row is mislabeled.

Answer:	For the same reason they asked me about the taste of something you wouldn't even consider putting in your mouth! Not worth even thinking about..can't fix it..lol. But, I LOVE those cupcake containers! I love to bake but just to much for just the two of us! I load them in these containers, pipe the frosting on and off to the neighbors we go! Easy least!

Question:	What does it sound like
Answer:	It depends on which switch type you're interested in, but you can definitely find Youtube videos of this keyboard and reviews to hear what it sounds like.
Question:	I bought it and i have the f1 - f12 key as normal and i would need to press fn and those keys to use digits is there a way to not press fn
Answer:	There are a lot of notes in the instructions manual - I highly recommend referencing it because this keyboard will reset when you turn it off/disconnect Bluetooth. That being said, you can cycle through three settings using FN+CTRL until you get to the setting that has numbers and letters all default. FN+Enter for the arrow keys not being default, etc.
Question:	How can I know how much battery power it has
Answer:	You don't see the battery indicated, but you'll notice that the backlighting stops lighting up even though the keyboard is still functioning. That's when you know you'll need to charge it. I use my keyboard about 12-14 hours a day (working at computer, doing schoolwork, pretty heavy use) and get about 1.5-2 weeks out of one overnight charge.
