Question:	The light stays on all the time even when the computer is in sleep mode. How do you turn the light off on the keyboard
Answer:	Dear customer, You can be turned off the backlit function by pressing the "ScrollLock" button when you do not need it. You can also try to disable USB port power in the control panel. Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options > Edit Plan Settings > Change advanced power settings > USB settings > Disable USB selective suspend setting. The suggestion provided would only take effect when the computer is completely turned off, not in sleep mode. If the issue still occurs please contact our support so we can assist you further. Question:	with computer on, i turn the scrlk (led lights) off and after 20 min the lights come back on ? why
Answer:	The handling of the light is very interesting. If you turn the light off and go to "Sleep" mode, the light will come back on. If you then try to turn the light off, the computer returns from sleep mode. The light comes back on when the computer returns to normal mode. I have found no way to "sleep" with the light off. I suspect the the 20 minute interval has something to do with your screen timeout but have not been able to reproduce it.

Answer:	Hi, The cause of this issue is actually due that your USB ports remain powered after computer shutdown. To solve that, you need to enter computer BIOS settings page, find out the setting for USB port power after shutdown and then switch it to 'disable'. When adjusting settings in your BIOS, be sure that you certain what the settings will affect. Changing settings incorrectly can lead to system or hardware failure. Answer:	It has a softer feel to the keyboard than the mechanical type keyboard. You have to push the keys down a little harder to make sure you have the correct keystroke.

Answer:	The keyboard was horrible right out of the box. The keys stick because of poor construction. The keys are on a plastic shaft that fits into a hole. The plastic on the key shaft would rub against the plastic in the hole. The friction caused the stickiness. These keys were not made to move up and down smoothly. I would guess that all of the keyboards of this model will have the same problem. It's a manufacturing defect.
Question:	I touch type and having problems hitting more than one key as I grow older (87) Are the keys actually large than regular or just the letters
Answer:	The keys are normal size, it is the keytop lettering that is large and easy to read. But I also find that I like the shape of the keytops and the key action. It is easy to feel the gaps between the keys because of the sloped sides. I'm 68 so I'm just a pup compared to you but I find this keyboard much easier to use with fewer mistakes because the keys are relatively light to the touch but solid feeling and have no wobble to them, unlike some Logitech and Microsoft keyboards I have owned. They provide good tactile feedback and are easily superior to most of the competition at this price point. I bought 2 of these and use them both on a daily basis 8 or more hours (I'm still working!) each day. At this price point I don't think you can find a better keyboard.
Question:	Are the letters on the keys visible and clear if you turn off the backlit of the keyboard
Answer:	You cannot turn off the keyboard light, only change the lighted colors of the keys themselves from either blue to red, or from red to purple. So you have three color choices of what color you'd like your keys to be, but you cannot turn off the keyboard light itself. The keys always remain lit while you're using your computer, then it turns off when you shut down.

Answer:	I'm not sure as I don't have the non-renewed version. As far as I can tell, the battery life seems fine. As a quick test I just looked at my estimated run time with the dock connected and then without and Windows estimates about double the time with the tablet docked. I
Question:	can you charge the tablet from this keyboard
Answer:	Just did a test and you can't charge the tablet from the keyboard. That being said, the keyboard battery is used before the tablet's battery. To test I ran down my tablet battery to 90% and then attached the keyboard and used the combination. After about an hour, my keyboard battery was down about 15%, but my tablet battery was still at 90%. I then shut down the computer and left the 2 attached to see if the keyboard might charge the tablet when not in use. After 1 hour, I checked the battery and the tablet was still at 90%. Also, if you plug in the charger while the tablet is docked on the keyboard, the tablet battery charges first and then the keyboard battery charges. Hope that helps.

Answer:	Mine set was plugged into 3.0 with no issue temporarily. There’s no benefit to it so if you can use any lower speed port, I would recommend that.

Answer:	YES. The latest "improved" keyboard is actually backlit. The older model, was not. Make sure you're buying the "New and Improved" version of the keyboard. Every single key, lights up very bright, unlike non backlit keyboards out there, that only have lights sporadically placed throughout the board.

Answer:	Yes, also know that It does not have the rainbow effect like corsair or any major brand. It just strobs to solid different colors
Question:	does the colors stay in the same place or does it move around
Answer:	I believe after you choose a color to use, it stays that color and the entire keyboard is highlighted that color. There is no one key blue and another red and so on. It's totally blue or totally red and so on.
Question:	Anyway to turn breathing off and set a solid, static color? I can't seem to find that option
Answer:	Hold the Fn key and click the Home button to cycle through options. Unfortunately, you must do this every time you power on your computer.
