Question:	Keyboard isn't working, added new batteries - is there a reset button? And I no longer have the instructions - how do I connect to a new computer
Answer:	My keyboard does that sometimes. (A lot actually.) But I just wiggle the batteries around and then it starts working again with no more interruptions that whole session. That is, until the next time I turn it off/on lol. All in all, despite that, my keyboard hasn't been giving me any problems. But I've barely been using it a month.

Answer:	What you can try to do (if it isn't already) is to move the dongle/receiver to a USB 2.0 port. I was having mouse latency issues and couldn't figure it out. Read forums which had me change display settings and everything but nothing seemed to work. Then I moved the keyboard's dongle from the back of the computer to the front and still nothing. But I had been using the USB 3.0 (blue) port because I was wanting a faster keyboard response. BUT when I moved it (keyboard dongle) to the slower port (black), then the keyboard and all mouse latency went away and has been fine ever since. The keyboard's response time is perfect and mouse no longer lags. If your setup isn't already like that, give that a try.

Answer:	Mine is the K552. No space bar, or keys issues at all. I purchased the K552, as apposed to the K553, because not only it's $10 less, but it's a bit more compact than the K553. Only difference between the K552 and the K553 is the K553 is plate mounted. Which means there's a metal plate mounted in between the keys and the PCB, as opposed to the keys is soldered directly onto the PCB (K552).

Answer:	Updated version? Not so sure that there is an updated version because the one on this page is by Seenda and the one that 'claims' to be an updated version is by Jelly Comb. If you'll look at the profile pictures you'll see that claimed updated version does not have the sleek profile design. Deceptive? Absolutely.
Question:	Fast green blinking when I turn on the keyboard and will not communicate with receiver, any solutions
Answer:	A flashing green indicator indicates 'low power'. I recommend charging the keyboard. The charge indicator light (left most light) should be red while the keyboard is charging. Pressing the 'battery' key just below the green 'on' indicator appears to cause the power light to give an indication of battery level. I get four flashes when it is full charged.

A: Make sure the switch of BT1 is on with red flashing light, long press FN2 + ESC till the backlit of the keyboard twinkle one time quickly. Then you will be able to find "Dracomic-1" in your Bluetooth device list, click it and to pair.

• Q: How MAGIC FN key (CapsLK) works?

A: MAGIC FN key can only be used and programmed with software to FN1 or FN2. For example, set macro FN1 on MAGIC FN key to use ←↑→↓ keys by one hand with pressing CapsLK + WASD.

• Q: How to do keybinding or macro without software?

A: Yes, 6 keys (G1-G6) can be macro on-board (64 keys at maximum). For example, set 000 on G1: press FN2 + 7(Rec) → press FN2 + G1 → press 000 → press FN2 + 7(Rec) to store the keybinding and quit macro mode.
