Answer:	If you mean Logitech site, they were having issues for back to school and never shipped my stuff. I've had to buy at other retailers such as Amazon. Also, the white one is for Mac and the black is for PC.

Answer:	It does indeed have a battery. I believe it is a CR 3035. They are a huge pain to replace. I am on my 3rd of these keyboards, the first lasted 6 years, something happened and it stopped working, replacing the battery did not help. I use one at home, going on 3 years now, and one at work going on 2 years.. Fantastic keyboards that use "Chicklet" laptop style short tap keys which I love.

Question:	Does it work for Xbox
Answer:	I usually plug it in at night, so I'm not too sure, but it seems like there are times it's died on me while using it and I've started charging it and I could un plug it after an hour or so and it lasted me the rest of the day, then I put it on the charger overnight. There is a light on both the mouse and the keyboard that turns red when needing charging and green when it's charged. There isn't a way to view how much charge it has, but it lasts a very long time with high-moderate use.

Answer:	Mine set was plugged into 3.0 with no issue temporarily. There’s no benefit to it so if you can use any lower speed port, I would recommend that.

When cooking a bacon and egg meal with potato and tomato I use both a large pan and the Nesco skillet (for fried potatoes) so the meal is done more quickly.Also love it for grilled sandwiches. Answer:	No, the joystick works as a macro assigner. Meaning you can only assign keys and keyboard shortcuts (e. g. , "x" or "ctrl+x"). Partial inputs are not allowed as such. The joystick is also not omnidirectional, meaning it can only be used in four directions, rather than the usual eight.

Question:	The keys are raised. Could I detach a key by accident (like a bad touch or dropping the keyboard) or are the keys firmly locked in place
Answer:	The downside is the stems are thin and can break My k556 came with a broken stem, but it was super easy to replace the switch! the fun part is either getting the stem out of the key or pushing it far enough in (what I did) that it goes on the new switch! Great keyboard, even stems on cherrys are thin, and these actually have a reinforced stem from the outer ring, so it was just manhandled in shipping. But I mean I dont move my board enough to drop it so im not worried!!!
Question:	Is the cord braided or plastic on the k551 vara
Answer:	On the K551-R (purchased on Dec. 11, 2016) it is NOT braided, but rather a smooth and very pliable material (like rubber). Fortunately, unlike many cheap plastic keyboard cords it is not so prone to kinking (indeed, the kinks from the coiled/folded cable -- as shipped -- immediately worked themselves out). I am not too worried the cord will snag on things.
Question:	Does this keyboard have nkro? (n-key rollover
Answer:	In the description it says "100% anti-ghosting and conflict-free keys." So I'm not for sure if that's the same thing. I have the keyboard and as far as I can tell none of the keys interrupt eachother
Question:	Are the keys loud? Are they easy to press? The keyboard i have right now you have to push the key all the way down which makes typing fast annoying
Answer:	The description says these now come with Cherry Mx Red Clone switches. If that is true, they are very light, non-tactile switches, so they should be low noise, easy to press keys. I have an older red backlight only version, and mine came with cherry mx blue clones, which are rather clicky. As others pointed out, rubber o-rings make the keyboard more silent. I actually have 2 o-rings per key. Keys make 2 sound: If the switch is clicky, there is an audible click at the top of the keypress. Then as the key bottoms out, it makes s a "thock" sound. The o-rings help with the latter. the 2 sounds are close together, hard to tell them apart unless you press the key slowly. This keyboard has a heavy, metallic base, which also contributes its own "ringy" echo sound.

Answer:	It is RGB, but a single color for the entire keyboard. Not individual key colors, despite what the erroneous Amazon description says.
Question:	Does this keyboard feel like any cherrymx keyboards
Answer:	No, I think it's a bit better than a standard keyboard and much better than chiclet keyboards but it does not feel like my corsair rgb k70 with cherry mx. My biggest complaint about the keyboard is the missing context menu button which I use a lot and because of the placement of the g5 key I mistake that for the ctrl key when I am doing keyboard shortcuts. Other than that, it's a decent keyboard.

Question:	Does this keyboard have a physical volume control
Answer:	It doesn't have volume control out of the box but you can very easily add it. Google a program called 3RVX and download it from their site. Once downloaded type 3RVX in the windows search bar and RIGHT click then select open folder. Go into the settings program and on the top open the settings tab. Now you just click the + and select volume up then assign it to any key you want (one you don't use like next track) and repeat the process for volume down. Make sure you check "start with windows" under the general tab so the changes will work after you shut down your PC. It takes about 1 minute from start to finish and works great. You can add all sorts of functionality with 3RVX but I only use it for volume
