Answer:	Yes the pedals are included. They are pretty light weight and only include brake and accelerator, no clutch. But if you have the three pedal set it will work with this controller.

Answer:	Yes you can hard mount the TMX. Ricmotech.com has a hard mount plate. Look it up. I have mine hard mounted to my rig and it works so good
