Answer:	The codes come individually in this box, a picture of the hero and its code on each card. The heroes that you receive are pretty good and viable as in you can play as them and do well, if that is what you mean.

Answer:	Its a box that is shipped to you. Codes are all on separate cards inside the box, along with a disc to install the game.

Answer:	You can download the client for free on battle.net and make sure it runs well first. I've run it on a laptop with all graphical settings to low and it was acceptable. The starter pack here contains codes for specific heroes and a mount at an overall discounted price. But you can play for free from a random rotation of heroes each week by simply downloading the client.

Answer:	This game will work on both PC and Mac. There is a DVD included with the Starter Pack to install the game - or you can download the game from Battle.net. The keys included in the box will unlock the digital content regardless of how you choose to install the game. There is a separate key for each Hero - so if you already own one of the Heroes, you can give the card/key to a friend.

This bundle does not include the newest expansion Mists of Pandaria.

Her dad sits with her while she plays or she sits by me with hers and we run toons together. She has a blast with it. Blizzard Customer Service is the best around. Between those in game you can contact to those on the phone they are prompt and helpful

Answer:	Since it’s been months I’ll post an update for everyone trying to get one after X-mas & New Years. So, they will be “restocking” and selling PRE-ORDERS. But they sell out in 20 min or less (at least it was that long for me). I was lucky and was awake at 3am (PST) for the pre-order sale and bought mine. I bought from SHIP & SOLD BY AMAZON, not a 3rd party, bc there’s been problems and reports of them switching out the battery for older versions. And paying $350+ ain’t worth it no matter how desperate you are. No this is NOT limited, it’s SPECIAL edition. Meaning there will be restocks in the future! If your lucky like me, my purchase was pre-ordered & expected to come next month but it got changed to this week? A welcomed surprise nonetheless. This means there’s a chance for everyone to get their pre-ordered switch earlier than expected! Good luck on getting your switch!
