Answer:	It has a cut out for one Pokeball. You can probably squeeze the second one into the cut out for the cables right next to it of you are not planning to bring the cables. There's a zippered pocket, but it doesn't provide enough room for the Pokeball and will make it hard to zipper the lid.

If you want a Nintendo Switch that has more flexibility, have couch-multiplayer, use w/another device or stream, get the regular Nintendo Switch.
