The Thickness of the top screen protector isn't going overboard and the bottom screen is quite thin.Do they touch? | Answer: | Sorry for the late response. The top screen protector fits pretty snug against the top screen itself. The top protector is rounded off just like the screen, so it's nicely fit. The bottom screen protector is smaller than the bottom screen itself, which makes it sort of difficult to position the screen protector properly. You'll have MAYBE a millimeter of space in between the screen protector and the screen, but not enough to be that cumbersome. |

The 2DS is pretty fragile and this grip holds tightly, and the grip covers the game cartridge slot, so to change games it needs to be removed. That being said this grip makes holding the console MUCH more comfortable. |
