Answer:	Press power button for 10 seconds for hard shutdown. Then leave it in your dock for an hour or so. Then try to power on. If that doesn't work press power button for 10 seconds for hard shutdown and power on again. I have had 2 Switches battery die on me an brought them back to life doing those steps. Plug into DOCK though...thats the key.
