Answer:	Any game with sound as far as I am aware ALL games have sound. They are standard headphones. The mic works for the chat app for 3DS that should already be installed on the 3DS. Certain games use the mic as well. I've only got one game that uses it though. The Nintendo website can probably give you a list of games that utilize the mic.

Answer:	Well I use them mainly as headphones so they work for that, the mic works on my computer with them and I don't have any games this is compatable with, their is a Pokemon game they work with but I don't own it, I would assume these would work on the new system because that is what I own but to be honest I'm not 100% on that

Answer:	No Japanese voices, but you can turn the voice option off and change the message speed

Answer:	Either are great choices for a first time player of SMT games. It's a really hard choice because both are amazing on their own and both also stand on their own quite well. You really can't go wrong with either choice and I would recommend getting both at some point any way. If it makes it easier though a sequel to Survivor is coming out this year so getting this one now and then the second when it comes out will give you time to play SMT 4 in between.
