| Answer: | I have not yet tested the cable to see if it "overcharges". However, if by "overcharge" you mean leaving the 3DS connected to a power source after it has reached 100% battery capacity, then I have done so and I can say for my 3DS nothing bad has happened. As for the method/ adapter that you chose to use should not matter. Me personally I have 2 portable USB wall adapters and they both work fine. One is the Apple USB wall charger, and the other an after market USB wall charger |
