How to use it on PS4?

1. Please test it with your cell-phone before apply the headset on your PS4, to make sure it works well.

2. Insert the headset with 3.5mm jack plug into the Gamepad

3. Then long press the PS4 button or enter the System Settings, there is a peripheral machines choose "Adjust Sound and Devices", "Output to the headphones", then change it to "All audio". If you have the audio on the "All Audio" setting you can, but if it's set to "Chat Audio" you can only hear form the side with the mic.

Question:	What is the difference (besides aesthetic) between the Legacy and the 2019 Edition
Answer:	From my understanding the ear ups are not meant to be swapped out. I’m sure there is a way to mod them. But I ended up selling mine because the stock ear cups were not thick enough and the driver pressed up on my ear and caused pain after a few min. If the drivers were angled it would have been so bad but I couldn’t deal with the ear pain they caused.

Question:	Can this headset work with smartphones & laptops as well
Answer:	The ASMedia ASM1153 controller uses the LBA48 addressing mode which has a theoretical limit of approximately 144.1 PB (144,100 TB), so larger SATA drives should not be an issue. When the controller chip was being designed the largest commercially available SATA drive were 4TB in size with 6TB drives being sampled (i.e. low volume production). This helps to explain the poorly written owner's manual which states that drives 4TB drives or 4TB+ drives may be used. Even the title of this listing is incorrect when it states 6TB. However the problem as I see it may be the power supply and circuit card being designed for a maximum of 12V and 2A. If larger drives consume more power then they may not work.
Question:	Will these work with a Surface Pro
Answer:	Yes. however Windows has a feature that is enabled by default that will turn off power to USB ports. (1) You can verify this by going into Device Manager, expanding the Universal Serial Bus Controllers, and then selecting any (and all) USB Root Hub, then in the pop-up, look for Power Management and uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power". (2) If you don't uncheck the box, it's possible that windows shuts power off to your device and you experience a "disconnect".

Answer:	Hi Customer, Here are some directions: 1. Note that the USB jack is designed for lighting up the headset only. To make the audio work, you'll need to plug in the analogue jacks. 2. If your computer contains mic and audio separate jacks, make sure the 2 in 1 splitter is plugged into the correct jack respectively. If your computer only contains one jack, the 2 in 1 splitter needs to be disconnected. 3. Also don't forget to switch off the mute button on the audio cable. : ) And also try to turn off all the devices and restart again to see if it makes a difference. Setting configuration: 1.Go to Sound Settings 2.Under "Playback" tab, right-click on your headset and select "Set as Default Device" 3.Under "Recording" tab, right-click on your headset and select "Set as Default Device" ►If it's set as the default device but your PC is still not picking up any sound, try disable any other devices listed that could be interfering the connection. Answer:	I think so. I bought some headsets before, but this one is the most comfortable. When I first get them they are snug, but gradually loosen up after using for a period of time. Now I wear them all the day at weekends and they don't hurt. If you wanna a comfortable gaming headset, I would recommend this one.

Answer:	I've owned for several months, and am still very happy with it. Mic quality is still great, my D2 clan mates are very pleased with it's performance, especially compared to my previous headset, lol. The wire is actually a bit long for my taste, not sure why 6ft is necessary, but I haven't had any issues with it. The headset can feel a bit heavy after long play sessions, but it's super cushy, so that helps. I shave my head, so most headsets end up digging into my scalp and becoming very uncomfortable after only a short period of time, but this one stays comfy even after several straight hours of playtime. Sound quality is GREAT. On par with much more expensive Turtle Beach headsets that I've owned in the past.

Answer:	Yes, it is. I have used it for half a month. My teammate could hear my voice clearly. There was one thing bothered me a lot, his mic usually picked up ambient nose well so I had a bad experience when playing with him. I should have recommended this brand to him.
