Answer:	Hi Customer, Here are some directions: 1. Note that the USB jack is designed for lighting up the headset only. To make the audio work, you'll need to plug in the analogue jacks. 2. If your computer contains mic and audio separate jacks, make sure the 2 in 1 splitter is plugged into the correct jack respectively. If your computer only contains one jack, the 2 in 1 splitter needs to be disconnected. 3. Also don't forget to switch off the mute button on the audio cable. : ) And also try to turn off all the devices and restart again to see if it makes a difference. Setting configuration: 1.Go to Sound Settings 2.Under "Playback" tab, right-click on your headset and select "Set as Default Device" 3.Under "Recording" tab, right-click on your headset and select "Set as Default Device" ►If it's set as the default device but your PC is still not picking up any sound, try disable any other devices listed that could be interfering the connection. Question:	Is it suitable wearing it for a long time
Answer:	I think so. I bought some headsets before, but this one is the most comfortable. When I first get them they are snug, but gradually loosen up after using for a period of time. Now I wear them all the day at weekends and they don't hurt. If you wanna a comfortable gaming headset, I would recommend this one.
Question:	Is there anyone who has owned this headset for about a month or so still happy with it? Is the wire and overall quality still up to your satisfaction
Answer:	I've owned for several months, and am still very happy with it. Mic quality is still great, my D2 clan mates are very pleased with it's performance, especially compared to my previous headset, lol. The wire is actually a bit long for my taste, not sure why 6ft is necessary, but I haven't had any issues with it. The headset can feel a bit heavy after long play sessions, but it's super cushy, so that helps. I shave my head, so most headsets end up digging into my scalp and becoming very uncomfortable after only a short period of time, but this one stays comfy even after several straight hours of playtime. Sound quality is GREAT. On par with much more expensive Turtle Beach headsets that I've owned in the past.

Answer:	Yes, it is. I have used it for half a month. My teammate could hear my voice clearly. There was one thing bothered me a lot, his mic usually picked up ambient nose well so I had a bad experience when playing with him. I should have recommended this brand to him.

How to use it on PS4?

1. Please test it with your cell-phone before apply the headset on your PS4, to make sure it works well.

2. Insert the headset with 3.5mm jack plug into the Gamepad

3. Then long press the PS4 button or enter the System Settings, there is a peripheral machines choose "Adjust Sound and Devices", "Output to the headphones", then change it to "All audio". If you have the audio on the "All Audio" setting you can, but if it's set to "Chat Audio" you can only hear form the side with the mic.

It connects with PS4 and XBOX One without problems, at the same time i want to remind you that if your xbox one is an old version, then you must get an adapter cause this is not an usb headset, the usb attached on the cord is used to power the led light. I had gotten in trouble with the connection, and the seller gave me an awesome service support, if you have any problems, just contact them.

Answer:	I’ve have had it for nearly 3 months. I can tell it have worked well without problems by far. The cable and the 3.5mm jack which usually easily broke are sturdy. The sound is great both for gameplay and chats.! It can pick up a nice low bass effectively. It is also comfortable and the over-the-ear design helps keep out noises while playing games. I’m quite satisfied.
