Probably not, because an emulator is probably in effect somewhere in that combination, and this cartridge works only with original Sega and clones that use hardware not emulators. But I do want to respond to the other guy who said that this cartridge is not what it says it is...it is not some single Japanese game. It is indeed, a 112 game multi-cart for the Sega Genesis and compatible clones. It works fine on my original Sega. |

| Answer: | I bought this cartridge myself, and it does seem to list the exact list of games that the seller has posted. The only issue I’ve encountered is that game #55, a McDonald’s game that I was curious to review, boots with an error saying it’s incompatible with this system and is designed for NTSC Sega Consoles, probably a bad copy of the game which is copy protected in some way. Is it still easily worth $25? Yes, yes, yes. I recommend. Much cheaper than hunting down the original and also expensive carts and even then it’s only a single game per cartridge and there isn’t any difference in gameplay that I’ve seen. Also note, some games are in Japanese and the text that occasionally appears before levels is all in Kanji. It wasn’t an issue for me as the games are basic and primitive enough in 2020 that even I can stumble my way through the screens in this foreign language with some ease. |
