Answer:	I was just able to order this from a big box retailer online at the RETAIL price so you can find it if you keep looking for the $29.99 price. Answer:	No way. This is suitable for Playstation move controllers as well as PS4 controlers, with an adaptor. Using it vertically wouldn't work in any case.
Question:	Will this charging station charge the original ps3 move controllers
Answer:	Yes it will. As it is the original PS3 move charger packaged with 2 inserts that drop into the cradle where the move controllers go.
Question:	Will this charge the new ps4 move controllers? And do the controllers hold a charge when off the dock
Answer:	While I don't have this charging station, I do have both types of Move controllers (older mini-usb and newer micro-usb). Both have identical charging contact locations, so my guess would be that this dock works with both types.
