1. Image Shifting to One Side

There are 2 ways to fix it:

Unplug the cable then replug it into console.

Turn TV on after running the DC console. If your DC is on already, just turn off TV first then back on.

2. Sound Issue

If you have the sound that sounds off, please change your TV sound mode from what you have it on to something like theater or sport mode.

SD Card Recommendation:

In order to have a stable performance, below is recommendation: FOR Dongzi / Shandi / Kingston. You have to format your card to FAT32 document system. It is advised that use the 32 GB card and support up to 128G card.
