Answer:	Don't know that there is a great big difference. We got the Rally for our grandson at X-mas 2012 (he's 3.5 years old now) and it has been the best thing ever for him. One big difference between the 2 is the frame. Our little guy likes to coast downhills with his feet resting on the little platform at the bottom of the seat post. This has been so well-used and durable that I personally would not even bother with anything else. No need to. It's perfect! The other bike has a bell though.

Answer:	This can be tricky if you have never seen it. The steering wheel is attached to the front wheels using a compression fit. This is done by using something called a collet. The nut on the top of the wheel as it tightens, moves a tapered shaft into this collet, which expands outward to grip the inside of the tube. If you take the top apart, you can see the collet and how the slots will expand outward as you tighten the nut. It works very well. Answer:	Yes, constantly. And at the least opportune times. This is a great little car but the steering bolt is a problem, and I am unable to find a replacement anywhere (we lost ours).

Answer:	Mine did this at first. The bolt wasn't quite tight enough to start so it just kept spinning and wasn't attaching to the car. Try to tighten the nut/bolt just a bit before inserting the handle into the wheel shaft. Should tighten and stay tightened this way. At least this has worked for me on both that we have purchased. Also use a screwdriver through the hole on the "tool" provided. This will allow you to tighten it significantly more than without and it should stay tightened.

Answer:	I don't think it is made in the USA, unfortunately. It was a gift to my great-grand child. He wanted it so I bought it. Well made and bright red just like the original wagons that have been made forever.
Question:	I have model #2700; red plastic but without any holes for the clamps. Without any holes, with this canopy still work
Answer:	Kimberly, the wagon does not come assembled and requires about 30 - 45 minutes to assemble. It's not difficult but having a mechanical oriented person to assist would be great.

Answer:	Yes it is. I have a grandson, he is on the small side, I think it would be to small for an average 4 year old.

Answer:	When I purchased the rocking unicorn, my great granddaughter was only nine months old. She’d like to rock on it, but her mom or dad would sit next to her on the floor to make sure she balanced on it. She is 13 months old now and can climb on it herself and rock back-and-forth she loves it. Your niece probably just needs to get used to it. She will love it when she gets the hang of it.
