My dad showed me how to take a drill and remove the flow restrictor (a small plastic piece inside the shower head--a small drill bit will do it) and there is a noticeable increase in the water flow. I have Speakman shower heads in both of my bathrooms, and my parents have them in their 3 showers and we all love them.
