Answer:	You are correct. The picture is incorrect to the item that is being shown. We are working on this to get it corrected. You will need #23 if you wish to have the rubber on the item. Thank you.
Question:	Do the elbows and knees bend
Answer:	No concerns about the possibility of the trailer tipping as long as you're on a somewhat level surface. HOWEVER--YOU should pull your trailer onto the Trailer Aid BEFORE you actually have to use it in an emergency. Tandem axles are not the same for each trailer and may have different suspension componenets. I actually use a 2 x 10 under my Trailer Aid to give me the correct clearance needed to get an inflated tire off the ground !! Notice that I said INFLATED tire.....if I were to use the Trailer Aid WITHOUT a 2 x 10 under it, I would then NOT have the clearance for an inflated tire !! These are also the best for doing brake and bearing maintenance. Good Luck

Answer:	the ramp is made for trailers with fixed axles like a utility trailer. I have a travel trailer they did not work for me I send them back. it would lift a tire up but the tire beside it was still on the ground because of the springs on the axle. it sounds like a good idea but it doesn't work
