Answer: If you purchase a Webkinz in "New" condition it should come with a code. If you purchase one in "Like-New", "Very-Good" Etc., it may or may not come with a code. If you purchase an item in any other condition other than "NEW" you should read the seller comments to see if the toy comes with a code or not.
