Answer:	It’s all soft material just like stuffed animals, if that’s what you mean. There is a little jingle bell inside the body. No way a baby could get it out unless they unpick stitching. Tag says that the inside stuffing is polyester fibers. I have 2 kids and when they throw it at each other, it doesn’t hurt them. So yes, it’s all soft like cotton. I got the Mickey Mouse one as well. Both are darling.
