Question: Does the product come from China
Answer: I bought it for my son who is 27 to replace a "pillowkin" pillow he had since he was 2 years old. They don't make the "pillowkin" anymore. He didn't like it as well but it is soft and cuddly. I am not sure if he uses it or not as he told me he doesn't but maybe he is just not wanting to tell me he is using it.

Answer: The one that is available now is the 16" version which measures 16" across when it is open. Spongebob was one of the first 3 tv characters available as a pillow pet and that one measured 18". They have also in the past had a 11" version. You might get lucky and still be able to find a few of the 18" and 11" ones around.

Answer: I'm not sure what you mean by "full-size", but I bought 2, one penguin for a 12 year old boy and one panda for an 11 year old girl and the kids loved them and used them a lot on our vacation. Hope that helps guide you.
