Answer:	Yes! I returned one thinking it was defective and got a replacement. It did the same thing. I had to keep unplugging the unit from the car and then putting it back in each time and then it would work. It was inconvenient and really tight so not easy to get in and out. I returned the second one as well.

Answer:	These are very light duty, and can tip backwards. I have LED lights under a pound on them. They may hold ten pounds up but I think they are too flimsy for that.

Answer:	A size medium is 21.75in-23 inches. Based on the size chart for Giro; you would be a Medium. Natural head. If you wear anything unde neath like a beanie, that would max out the inches up to a half inch then I would size up to a large to accommodate. Then just make adjustments to tighten for a snug fit. A Large is 23-24.5 naturally.
