Answer:	I'm not familiar with the Anan Bros brand but this is kinetic sand which is meant to stick together. It is very soft and does break apart easily but break down like typical sand. We tried to use it for a sand tray for my child to write in and it didn't work well because it stayed formed too much but he absolutely loves to play with it.

Answer:	Don't know. Beautifully detailed. Lots of weak points. Didn't hold up in 4year old world. Invest in some jb weld. Garage sale rusty sixties toys are pricy, but still around for a reason.

Answer:	Same here. 3 year old grandson has trouble also. Tracks also come off frequently. He still wanted to keep it. Otherwise I would have returned it.
