Question:	Do preschool chairs fit in/under these? Wondering if we can use these as sensory bins, but then snap the lids on &turn it into a writing center
Answer:	The legs are adjustable in height, but some chairs don’t fit right under because of leg positions of chairs & tables. My kids use these as tables as well though with their preschool chairs (at home). They get close enough it works for them.
Question:	Do the lids snap on, or do they just sit on top? Are they easy for the children to remove
Answer:	The lids do not snap on, easy removal for children. I purchased clips to secure the lids.
Question:	Can the two bins/stands be separated
Answer:	I don't believe so. They are bound together at the legs. I suppose you could cut off the binding and I don't see any reason they wouldn't stand separately then.
Question:	Can the bins be removed from legs for easy cleaning
Answer:	Once the frame was put together, we just pushed the bins into place. Rather than take this apart, it's easy enough to turn it on its side, hose it out, clean it with a bit of dish soap and rinse it.

Answer:	Our almost 4 year old barely plays in it. I think a 4 year old would fit fine, if your kid is big I am not so sure. Also this sandbox is kinda flimsy, it's made out of balsa wood, kinda like model airplanes.

Answer:	Person who answered you need 3 x 25lb bags is wrong. You need at least 6 x 25lb bags of sand or preferably 8 to have sandpit filled close to halfway mark

Answer:	Happy to help. There is no wooden bottom; there is a clear, plastic liner which has drainage holes to let water drain down from the sand and through the liner. You assemble the box, place the plastic liner in and secure it to the corners, then fill with sand. There is also a handy cloth mesh cover you can place over the sand to keep the sand in if it's really windy, etc.

Answer:	Ours did not come with a line. However, my husband and I just bought a tarp from Home Depot. The sandbox is by far the best for the money your will find, even with adding the tarp to the play sand cart.
Question:	Does the roof completely cover/prevent animals from getting inside. Even little chipmuncks and garden snakes
Answer:	Can't tell you about snakes.... Our grandchildren are up in New England... We have had no problems with small animals. There is no bottom to the sand box. We stapled a heavy tarp to the bottom before we put in the sand. The top completely covers and with stood 100 inches of snow but does not clip shut.
Question:	What is the height of the bottom lip of the canopy from the ground and/or from the bench? Can an adult comfortably sit on the edge
Answer:	We to have had the sandbox for three years and it has needed no repairs at all. It measures about 8" from the ground to the edge lip; 34 1/4" from the seat to the raised canopy; 42 1/4" from the ground to the raised canopy lid. At my age getting down to the edge and up from the edge is not an easy task, so I prefer to sit or kneel next to the sandbox. I have sat on it however, and it has held my 200 lbs, but that was for a short period as it isn't a recliner.
Question:	How is the roof raised and lowered
Answer:	Hand cranks on either side. I make sure adults lift and lower lest the crank slips out of a child's grip and the top slides down. Plastic push in pins hold the raised top in place

Answer:	Great question! There is no drainage. I didn’t know that when I bought it and that is e one thing I wish that it had! Because it’s smaller, I don’t waste too much sand pouring it out, but I’d much rather have bought one that had a drainage hole.
