Answer:	This specific type of "water wings" only come in one size, I put it on my daughter for the first time around 18-months old (about 27 pounds, 33 inches). Answer:	The straps the sit in make a small plus sign under the float, so she should fit no problem. My son is now at 27 pounds and still fits fine.Two things to point out, 1) you baby should be able to stand and sit up etc the float offers no support in that regards other than a piece they can lean back on.2) order and extra one, our first float ripped at the strap causing the thing to lose air and sink. So they aren't durable and that was after the 5th usage.
