Answer:	Unfortunately, I don’t know. But this happened to us as well. I posted a negative review and I wish the company would improve their product or Amazon would stop selling it.
Question:	My 4 year old received the hover soccer ball for Christmas and broke the same day he got it. How do I access the warranty
Answer:	The hover soccer ball can only be used on smooth surfaces. The way it works is that a fan creates an air cushion which lifts the ball off the ground and makes it glids. With grass the surface is not smooth and so the air cusion will not be enough to lift it off the ground. Any hard surface is fine- wooden floors, low pile carpet, basements, concrete (but must be smooth- outside concrete might be too full of small rocks), tiles etc. Its mainly designed for indoor use. Answer:	I would say it's not fully weather proof because there are bungee cords and Styrofoam used it this make. We are going to move this undercover when the weather turns nasty again for this reason. Bungee cords from my experience that are constantly wet do crack and break.

Answer:	The packaging says 100 pounds and I am closer to 140 right now and had no problems; I had to crawl inside to put some pieces together LOL. I have a 25 and 35 child that play in it together easily and we even had another child inside at the same time that is closer to 40 pounds. Holds weight really well.
Question:	What size would I need for a 10 year old - 65 pounds
Answer:	I would advise you to go with a different brand as I returned this one because my 30 lb. 3 yr old bent the leg just jumping on the 60 in. one. The metal is very flimsy and is just poor quality overall.

Answer:	I bought this for my grandsons, age 1.5 and 5.5 for Christmas. The 1.5 yr old loved it and still does (almost 2 now), the 5.5 yr old was a little to big and too fast for the tunnels. I think ages 12 months to 3 years would be average, depending of course on the size of the child.

Answer:	I don't have the exact dimensions. I tossed all the papers that came with it but it does take up some space. The tubes are about 5 feet long and about 2 feet in diameter. The ball pit I would say is about 5 feet across and 2 feet high. The cube is about 2.5 feet in all directions, same with the pyramid except it's probably 3 feet tall. The ball pit doesn't fill up because of the opening that's attached to the tube.

Additionally, parents have shared with us that fort making and play tents can be helpful for children with sensory issues or autism. There are not too many sensory toys for autistic children on the market today and if the AIR FORT can be a helpful toy for girls and boys with autism or other sensory issues, then we have done something extra good we can be proud of!

Greatest Kids Escape

How did you come up with the idea for this product?

When my dad was in 6th grade he got in big trouble for peeing in the neighbors’ pool. As his punishment he was put on restriction and that is when he built his very first AIR FORT! He used a sheet and weighted the perimeter with shoes and used safety pins to attach the sheet to a fan. When my dad and mom had my three sisters and me, he one day decided to pull out my mom’s old sewing machine and make us girls our very first AIR FORT. It was a HUGE hit!! We took it to friends’ houses and sleepovers, and everyone loved it! In 2015, after graduating from college, my dad and I sat down together and decided we wanted to go for it in making the AIR FORT a reality for everyone else! Here we are today!

What makes your product special?

The Air Fort has become the toy kids use to play with all their other toys. With an ordinary household appliance, a box fan, in seconds kids can create the coolest fort and play tent they’ve ever built. And when they are done, in seconds it stuffs into its own carrying bag ready for the next play date or sleepover!

What has been the best part of your startup experience?

The best part, by far, is being a father/daughter team. Getting to work together every day is not a challenge, it has drawn us even closer. Our motto has always been that if it’s not fun, we fix it! One of our favorite parts of creating the AIR FORT is seeing the excitement kids get when they play in the fort. We can’t wait for the day when we overhear a perfect stranger talking about the Air Fort, the kid’s toy we have been dreaming about creating our entire lives.
