If that doesn't work it only leaves the possibility of bad batteries or the circuity has gone bad. Try the battery holder just as it is in another same type flashlight. If it doesnt work in it either, your bayyeries are either installed wrong in the holder or you have one or more bad batteries OR you installed tbe holder upside down. One of these is true.
