| Answer: | The block attaches to your cable 30' away from your ending tree. Once it is bolted in place, it is designed to slide freely back and forth. You attach one end of a 20' bungee cord to the block and the other end needs to attach to a tree/post 15' perpendicular to your cable. When the rider comes down the zip line, they hit the block and both the rider and the block continue down the line until the bungee cord is fully stretched. Once they get to the end of the zip line, the bungee cord recoils, sending the rider back to the 30' mark, where that becomes the end of the ride. Coincidentally, this is the same location your sag is calculated, making it the lowest point of your cable, making it ideal for unloading. I hope this is helpful. |
