Question:	How does this work ? Is it a friction brake
Answer:	The block attaches to your cable 30' away from your ending tree. Once it is bolted in place, it is designed to slide freely back and forth. You attach one end of a 20' bungee cord to the block and the other end needs to attach to a tree/post 15' perpendicular to your cable. When the rider comes down the zip line, they hit the block and both the rider and the block continue down the line until the bungee cord is fully stretched. Once they get to the end of the zip line, the bungee cord recoils, sending the rider back to the 30' mark, where that becomes the end of the ride. Coincidentally, this is the same location your sag is calculated, making it the lowest point of your cable, making it ideal for unloading. I hope this is helpful.

Answer:	Yes, this can be easily added to existing zip lines. The 20 Ft Bungee works great with lines from 100 FT - 200 FT, the 30 FT Bungee works for lines that are 200 FT - 500 FT. Generally you need to have at least a 100 FT zip line to make using a bungee brake worth it. Shorter zip lines can utilize a Spring Brake.

Answer:	This handlebar would connect to a trolley with a carabiner, then if you wanted to also connect a harness or seat, it too would connect with its own carabiner to the bottom of the trolley. Each accessory would get its own carabiner.
Question:	Why does the handlebar spin? This makes it a lot harder to hold on to
Answer:	Mine doesn’t spin. The rubber handles are tight and the bar is welded to the eyelet.
Question:	I want to use it for tricep pushdows. Is it hollow or solid? 14 inch long? Hole size?Color black
Answer:	The main difference between this and an actual handlebar for pushdowns is that the hole in the center of this one doesn't swivel, which makes it a bad fit for your purpose.
Question:	I was inquiring on purchasing this item, just one question would this function properly if I were to attach it to a hinge in order to do pull ups
Answer:	Probably not the best operation for this item as it is a center mounted bar and would possibly tip or wobble while doing pull ups. If you are steady enough to keep it from tipping, it should hold the weight.
