Question:	Does the web swing hang from one strap or two
Answer:	It is not hot to the touch but does push a good amount of heat out. Also has a saftey mechanism that when tipped over it shuts off. I would still advise to have it out of reach for smaller children, like up on a table or countet top.

Answer:	I read the instructions again to find an answer for your question as best as I can. If i set up my unit at the same time every night before I go to sleep at 10pm for 6am switch on with the unit plugged in on the off setting I would press the timer button and with the + sign select 8hrs, the next time I go to set up the timer I press the timer button and it will still show 8hrs, if I go to sleep later then I will change the hours to switch on accordingly. I don't leave my unit plugged in so I don't know if the timer remains and the unit turns on every 8 hours. Sorry, hope this helps.

Question:	Can you make it really short, like 4 feet
Answer:	Yes it comes with those two black straps and the carribeaners. We didn’t use them because our tree truck was too thick and we trusted our rope a lot more! But the swing is great! It’s very sturdy and holds all 3 of my kids (not at the same time!) but it holds up to 80lbs. And you can tell the strength of the fabric and the weaving. We absolutely love it!
