Answer:	Its a used tire I pressure washed it and let tge kids play, any paint should work just make sure you clean it with soap and water first.

Answer:	I have 3 kids (ages 9,8 and 5). It supports all of them. We have had multiple friends - up to 4) swinging on this with no issue. I looked everywhere for a decent swing and was hesitent at first since this one was a little more than others, but have no regrets. It is fantastic and looks brand new every though we keep it outside directly in the hot Florida sun. Highly recommend!

Question:	Ours got a hole in it after two days. Did anyone else have this issue? How can I contact the seller for a replacement or refund
Answer:	I’ve not had any problems with holes, shredding, or tears and I’ve kept it up all through the winter. I’d just go through Amazon to contact the seller. Amazon isn’t as liberal about returns as it once was, but if it got holes within 2 days I can’t imagine you having any issues Justifying returning it.

Answer:	It has quite a wide swing, so the trees must have enough distance between them or the swing would be hitting the sides of the trees when it’s being pushed.

Answer:	We didn’t need anything but room to swing. Ours is up high so we do have stairs if needed.

Answer:	We purchased this in 2013 and it is hanging from a large oak tree in our backyard. I'm not sure what you mean by hanging height. We put another chain over the tree branch and hung the swing from it . It is still in good shape after all this time.

Answer:	There is one point of connection between the swing and the tree (or whatever object you are hanging the swing from). All of the four chains you see in the picture converge at the top to form a "single axis" instead of needing to attach the swing at two or more places.

Answer:	I’d say. Obviously assuming pergola is sturdy and kids aren’t a million pounds.

Answer:	It holds very little water. The swing has a mesh bottom like a trampoline. The edge of the swing holds a small amount, just flip swing on its side to get rid of it. We love the swing.
Question:	how high off the ground should this swing be hung? I'd like to hang it from 8' high beams in our basement
Answer:	Hello! Thank you for your inquiry. Please be advised that the swing came with two 5 ft tree straps and the longest length of the adjustable swing ropes is approximately 5.5 ft. Also, we recommend that the maximum height from the ground should be 2.2 ft. Thus, the max height (when tree straps are used) is approximately 13 ft.
