Answer:	Laura, All of our sets come with a anchoring system. The anchoring system contains the ground anchors and the hardware to attach them to the set.

Answer:	It doesn’t seem like raw u treated wood, but it’s not fully “water resistant”. It did seem to fair well in the weather, however I noticed it did soak in the water on some places. I decided to put a coat of water sealer on it. The wood accepted the sealer well and I feel like it will now repel the water and last even longer. Not a necessary thing but I felt like it could use it.

Answer:	I'm not sure about exact feet. It isn't too long that it takes up a lot of yard space.

Answer:	The anchor system is for the stability of children playing on the set. Should you feel you need anchored for weather than we recommend you go to your local hardware store and see what they recommend for your area.

Answer:	Description says 4 foot deck height ... sounds about right. That said, I'd stay away from this set. It's pretty cheaply made - the door of our fort fell off after a month of use, and the wood is chipping all over the place.
