Answer:	It's from China, but the wood is fir, and superior to other wood products I've tried from there.

Answer:	Yes, I think it could. The shelves may be providing a barrier that stops the doors from being pushed inward, though. You can probably work around that. The center support for the shelves does fit into a rectangular area in the floor at the front edge. If you didn’t install the shelves, there would just be a hole there.

Answer:	It seems to have a clear coating on it to protect the wood, but I think it can be stained.

Question:	How do I return
Answer:	It goes on the regular door lock [knob]. Just open the door ,insert the lock piece [large hole in metal piece] into the door frame hole where the lock pin goes into door frame. Then shut the door and hang the plastic piece into the metal piece and that stops the door from being able to open.

Answer:	No, they hold very good during the cold weather.
Question:	Why is the model number on this playset different to the big stuff on lifetimes site? What is the difference is there one
Answer:	The whole cord from end to end is about 45". The coiled part is about 10". The coils are somewhat tight, but if I were to hang it, I'd probably put one of those cord ties or something similar to hold the cord in a circle then hang it from the non-coiled portion, if that makes sense.

Answer:	I guess that's what you really asked in the first place. With nothing attached to the end of it, approx. eight feet. However, with a blower nozzle equipped with a hook to hang the end, less than four feet. I also loop the center of the hose over a stationary hook mounted near the ceiling and it stays completely out of my way, yet easy to access. I'm running on, but again, this is a very high quality hose in my opinion. It stretches out nicely yet recoils well.

Question:	Two questions: 1. how do i ascertain if i can screw these into my ceiling joists? and 2. where is the ebook installation guide
Answer:	1. Yes, since your ceiling joists are at least 2x8s. I recently used 1/2"x4-1/2" lag screws to attach four of them to a 16 ft. beam I made out of three 2x8s glued and bolted together - spans two trees. A 1/2" dia. lag is the biggest that will fit the holes. 2. I don't think you need any installation guide. Just measure, drill, and screw in the lags you choose. My beam is 12-1/2 ft. off the ground, so I put the hanger centers 30 in. apart. That ensures the swing(s) don't wobble or swivel - my granddaughter hates that. Your height may be different, but the hangers need to be farther apart than the width of the swing. These are GREAT hangers - VERY heavy duty and could hold a small elephant. They allow a swing to keep going with minimal effort - no friction. Perfect choice.
Question:	Can I use 3/8" x 8 in carriage bolts to hang this on a 4x6 for a wood playground? Is there something better
Answer:	The swing hangers do not come with hardware because the choices are so varied for the cusomer. They even say that in a letter included in the package. If you are comfortable suspending whatever swing you are going to use then carriage bolts will work. I used tempered steel bolts and heavy washers only because I know this application will be there a long time and the harware will last and not strip the wood. When I first hung the swings from our frames I used carriage bolts but I didn't care for the way the bolts seemed to loosen just a little. A hex bolt has been better for my piece of mind. I am VERY impressed by the swing hangers. They are quite heavy and make me feel quite comfortable about ordering more.

Answer:	It doesn’t seem like raw u treated wood, but it’s not fully “water resistant”. It did seem to fair well in the weather, however I noticed it did soak in the water on some places. I decided to put a coat of water sealer on it. The wood accepted the sealer well and I feel like it will now repel the water and last even longer. Not a necessary thing but I felt like it could use it.

Answer:	I believe the limit is 600 lbs. If that is not in the online description, I may have seen it on the box. I bought this for my grandson and three adults (although thin, they probably added 350 lbs) got on with him and it was fine. I also saw him on it with 4 other children with no problem. It is quite sturdy.
Question:	Can it be put on cement
Answer:	Hello, We don't recommend putting this on cement as kids could fall off and get hurt easier. However, this is flat at the bottom and is meant for level ground.
Question:	Some mention the teeter totter does not go very high. If you added a wood base to raise the whole thing, would the teeter-todder go higher

Question:	Im 5'7 and weigh about 115lbs. Could this be used temporarily for a yoga trapaeze?? I also would be using it inside
Answer:	I bought this for the same reason. I am 5'4 and no, you can't. It was pointless to use. The legs on this are way to short. I had to go very slowly to not hit my head on the floor and I was unable to stretch out. I used it outside in my lanai without securing. I imagine in the grass it would sink since the feet have no covers its just a tube. Also, this does not come with anything to secure it. I ended up getting the ceiling hooks and drilling them in...works wonderfully.

Question:	Has anyone used this for a yoga trapeze? How was it? Is it tall enough
Answer:	Probably not a good idea. It's rated at 220lbs, but there's a difference between a static load (being still) and a dynamic load (wiggling). Doing something like yoga is going to cause the center of gravity on your load to shift. Maybe look at a game hoist tripod. They're not me to wiggle, but the weight rating is usually higher, and they're a lot cheaper and studier.

Question:	Can a canopy be added to the swing frame
Answer:	I’m sure you could rig on up. Be sure swing legs are anchored with something more than the stakes the provide.
Question:	How wide is this. Most two swing sets are like 80" or 90". Are you serious this is only 40" (as big as a big hug?) thank you
Answer:	I don't know exactly how wide this is right off hand because we used it for a dance routine and now it is all taken apart and trying to find a home. This is very small as swing sets go. I think the width is how wide the legs are at the bottom of the triangle. I would have guessed that the legs are only about 4 feet apart so the 40" is probably correct. It is probably only about 6 feet high and probably about the same between each set of legs. It would only work for small children.

Answer:	We didn’t even use the swings that came with the set. We purchased a separate swing and a baby bucket seat. The new swings came with what we needed to hang them and they were compatible with the swing set. Hope this helps!
