Answer:	I bought this for the same reason. I am 5'4 and no, you can't. It was pointless to use. The legs on this are way to short. I had to go very slowly to not hit my head on the floor and I was unable to stretch out. I used it outside in my lanai without securing. I imagine in the grass it would sink since the feet have no covers its just a tube. Also, this does not come with anything to secure it. I ended up getting the ceiling hooks and drilling them in...works wonderfully.

Answer:	Probably not a good idea. It's rated at 220lbs, but there's a difference between a static load (being still) and a dynamic load (wiggling). Doing something like yoga is going to cause the center of gravity on your load to shift. Maybe look at a game hoist tripod. They're not me to wiggle, but the weight rating is usually higher, and they're a lot cheaper and studier.

Answer:	It doesn’t seem like raw u treated wood, but it’s not fully “water resistant”. It did seem to fair well in the weather, however I noticed it did soak in the water on some places. I decided to put a coat of water sealer on it. The wood accepted the sealer well and I feel like it will now repel the water and last even longer. Not a necessary thing but I felt like it could use it.

Answer:	Hello,Per the ASTM F1148, add 4% of the swing beam height to the Swing Seat width for your center to center spacing. In other words, if the horizontal beam is 84" (ie. 7') in height, multiply that by 4% which equals 3.36". Answer:	Tall enough to be ridden by an 18" doll. Approximately 2 hands high at the shoulder. The size of a very large cat or a small terrier. Could be sat upon and ridden by a 9 month old baby. Made of sturdy plastic, beautifully sculpted, with 10-12 inch hair that can be braided and styled numerous times. If such a horse were actually alive it would like a little pygmie pony and it could eat grass in the yard but not need a huge range or stables and stuff. It's stable would be like the size of a small doghouse, and you could use these little tiny brushes to brush it's fur out. And it could eat little baby carrots and apple slices and be a perfect little friend for a little girl around my daughters age. I'm pretty sure my preceding description is exactly how she sees this horse. :-)

Answer:	It comes with what you see in the picture. The tops of the chains are not covered in yellow plastic, like the bottoms are. So you put the included carabiner-hooks through the chain, then you hook it to some loop on your swingset. Therefore, you need some kind of fixed loop on your swingset that the carabiners can hook to.

Answer:	Hello Deborah, Per the ASTM F1148, add 4% of the swing beam height to the Swing Seat width for your center to center spacing. In other words, if the horizontal beam is 84" (ie. 7') in height, multiply that by 4% which equals 3.36".
