Question:	Do I need to purchase a harness for this? It is meant as a present for my dad who is just beginning
Answer:	No, I don't feel that you need a harness. It comes with two very sturdy, comfortable handles. I recently flew mine at the beach in 10-15 mph winds, which was perfect for first time flying. The great thing about this kite is that you can vary how much pull you want easily. If you want a great workout with a lot of pull then guide the kite down into the horizontal left and right "power zones". If you want to take a break and ease up then come straight overhead. Awesome kite, incredible quality and craftsmanship.
Question:	What is the wind range for this kite? For example will it fly well in 4mph - 20mph winds
Answer:	4mph is very unlikely. 8mph in the winter in michigan, when the wind is denser than summer air, is about the lower limit. you could put it up in less, but you wouldn't be doing much more than just trying to keep it flying. in the summer here, 10-ish would be needed. i have been pulled on skis with one of these when the wind was 25mph+ with 35mph+ gusts. i only weigh 140 lbs, so it would be quite a handful for me to fly this static in 20mph. i could do it, flying heavily on the brakes, but it wouldn't be very enjoyable. tom
