Answer:	No, but it takes just a few minutes to assemble it.
Question:	How does this kite hold up in 28 mph winds
Answer:	The winds on the day we flew it were about 16-18 mph & gusty. As I said in my former post, I used much stronger nylon builders twine. The string it comes with is inadequate for stronger winds. Although the kite is well designed and made, 28 mph would be at the top end, I believe. At that price, certainly worth a try.

Answer:	The kite did very well in the winds we had it in. It was a breezy day at the beach, my guess is the winds were close to that 16mph you asked about.

How to Assemble the Delta Kite:

1.Unfold your awesome new kite!You'll find 4 rods inside.

2.Attach the spine rods.At the end of the longer rod you have a silver tube and the opposite end has a rubber cap.

The shorter rod also has a rubber cap at one end.Attach the longer rod and the shorter to create the spine of your kite.

Be sure to insert the longer rod through the fabric piping to keep it safe ans stable.

3.Attach cross bar.Attach the 2 remaining rods in the middle with the silver tube,and slip the ends into the molded fittings

on the edge of the sail.Diagram connection points are labeled D and E.

4.Flip kite over and attach kite line to the eyelet on the front at the kite.

Answer:	It is a thin polyester kite fabric. If you order this kite sew the ends to reinforce where the pole sit. The kite does fly well and it is fun to design your own. I also used fabric markers that I had to make it very permanent.
Question:	Does this item come with kite tails
Answer:	Yes, each kite has several Colorful LONG streamers for kite tails.
Question:	Where does this ship from
Answer:	Not sure but I got it overnight for free!
Question:	What are the best type of marker to use
Answer:	Mine came with markers but I’m guessing a fabric marker would work pretty well.
