Answer:	Not sure about previous recommendations. Hold bottle 12 inches from lenses. Do a quick light mist spray on clean lenses and let air dry for at least 1 minute. Wiping of any kind breaks down the film that forms. This is alcohol based and rubbing just makes this product a glasses cleaning solution. The film in the solution needs to sit and bond to the lens.

Answer:	I am a size 12 and have a wide foot so got the XW in that size. Shoe was too long, could have gone with a 11.5. And it was WAY too wide for my foot. Could have easily gone with M width.

Answer:	10D M means the width is medium wide. 10 4E means the width is much wider. I have a wide foot so I get a 4E width shoe. You can go to a shoe store and have you foot measured so you know the length and width of your foot. For a 10D M the length is size 10 with a medium width.

How to prevent fogging when swimming?

!!!Always remember to rinse the inside lenses so the coating can work. Use anti-fog spray. Put them on inside lens. !!!Activate the anti-fogging coating of inside lens by soaking the goggles in the water before swimming. !!!Place one small drop of dish soap on each lens, followed by a rinse in cool water for one to two minutes. NEVER wipe the lenses. !!!Make sure the goggles fit tightly on your face and there is no gap when swimming. !!!After swimming, wash the lenses with fresh water and then leave it to dry. Answer:	The circumference of the edge of the cap is 16 inch. I stretch the cap over my head in a circle of 24 inches. Not too tight, sitting comfortably. The circumference of the head of a 5-year-old child differs from the circumference of an adult’s head by 2-2.2 inches corresponding to the size (min-max). That is, the hat fits perfectly. If the child is a girl with a “luxurious haircut”, TYR has developed special hats with extra space for the hair. I recommend TYR products because of their quality and functionality. Question:	What is the size of the goggle frame
Answer:	This is one size fits all, so it should.
Question:	will this fit a 10 year old
Answer:	If you have long hair and intend to swim regularly then you may wish to consider a shorter style. No cap will keep hair 100% dry and latex is the cheap alternative which tends to snag hair. You'll want the more expensive silicone. U.S. Masters Swimming has a great video up of how to put on a cap when you have long hair.
Question:	Will this fit my 5year old
Answer:	I’m a man with average sized head (I think) and normal amount of short hair. This is way too small. Yeah, I can stretch it to fit, but I’d get a headache in 10 minutes from this thing.

Answer:	They are not waterproof but have a good sole enough to grip the ground. I would say like most shoes it wouldn't stop you from slipping on ice.

Answer:	I take a size 10. When I bought my Moab 1 a few years ago, I bought a size 10 and they were too small. I had to by a 10.5 and wore those comfortably for years. I recently bought a pair of Moab 2 in a 10.5 and it was too small.
