Answer:	I have owned both Std and Gold, and yes the Gold is "Glossy" on both sides but one side is black the other side is Gold. I prefer the Gold side over the black as it does provide higher rejection compared with the black side, but setting the angle is more important as you can reflect major light into some one's eyes as it can be like a mirror, sometimes I'll flip the screen over to avoid that in very sunny locations but in-doors the Gold is awesome and you can use it to see if someone is behind you scouting you out too. :) LoL But the Std black matt on one side and glossy on the other does cause light diffusion with a very minor loss of sharpness, hence why I like the Gold over the Std for those two reasons. Answer:	My intended use was on a laptop. But, this question had me curious. So, I removed it from the laptop and placed it on a tablet. I was able to use the tablet with the filter on it. I was able to click, group select, click and drag, type, multiple finger input (like zooming in and out of pictures), etc. Every function on the tablet worked just as it was supposed to even with the filter installed on the tablet. If by "touchscreens" you mean a tablet surface, then yes this 3M Gold Privacy filter works well on touchscreens.

A tip for tuning your new Ukulele:

Are you finding your new ukulele always needs tuning every time you want to play it?

This is really common, particularly with new strings. Nylon strings take a certain amount of stretching before they settle down and hold their tune.

How to solve:Tune it to the desired note, then pull up on the string over the sound hole to give it a bit of a stretch. That'll take it down about 2 whole notes, tune it back up and repeat until it stays in tune. A lot of folks who maybe aren't used to stringed instruments, especially nylon strings, get frustrated, but don't worry, these are decent strings, they just need a good stretch!
