Question:	Are there letters on back of the puzzle pieces
Answer:	All the pieces come mixed in a bag. If you empty the bag and turn all the pieces to the picture side, it's a regular puzzle. If you turned all the pieces to their backside, then they are each assigned a letter. The letters just indicate what group they belong to, if you wish to group them and work on each group separately. Picture a complete puzzle, and then you divided the puzzle into 8 pieces (one horizontal cut, and three vertical), and then the top left group you wrote "a" on the back, the bottom left group you wrote "b".... until all groups had a letter on the back. Then you break the entire puzzle up, mix them up, and put them in the bag. This puzzle is challenging, the letter won't help you connect it to another piece, but it will give you a general idea around where in the puzzle, it is supposed to go. A good thing, if your stuck and want a small hint with a piece.

Answer:	The pieces are a good thickness but average in size. Might be a little challenging if you have arthritis. Beautiful puzzle but mine has some missing pieces as well

Question:	What is the thickness of each piece
Answer:	That's impossible to get the 2 missing pieces from a puzzle. You have to ask for a new puzzle. But I DO remember thinking I was missing 2 edge pieces, but it turns out I had put them in the wrong place. One edge was too big, and I realized that by moving them around the puzzle was complete.
Question:	Does the box contain a separate print for reference
Answer:	The pieces were pretty good quality, but maybe not quite as good as Springbok. Also, Springboks have lots of different shapes to their pieces, but this one has very few shapes. Springboks are may favorites, so while I liked this puzzle fine, it isn't a brand I really feel compelled to purchase again.
Question:	is it a painting or a photograph
Answer:	Hello There is no identifiable species of bird, but there is a leaflet inside to say that the artist uses bird guides for references but uses her imagination to experiment with colors.

Answer:	There are additional fees when using this platform to sell.

Answer:	It's been some time that we have worked this particular puzzle and we don't really remember except that the size of a 1000 piece puzzle is always larger than a 500 piece puzzle completed. It wasn't that easy. Pieces always seemed the same whether 500 or 1000.

Question:	Do the pieces interlock
Answer:	Puzzles pieces vary from 3 to 4 inches. My 3 1/2 year old granddaughter had no problem with the larger sized pieces of a 40 pc. Puzzle, so I went to the 60 pc. She needs some assistance but figures it out really well. A much better challenge for her.
Question:	does this puzzle have strange shapes
Answer:	The image is clean and clear. Challenging puzzle but fun. Good for a friends fan who likes to do puzzles.
Question:	Does the sign on the bus really say "cream creakers" instead of "cream crackers
Answer:	My Friends puzzle was missing 3 pieces. I sent mine back for a refund. Didn't want a replacement to do puzzle over again! Replaced with a Springbok brand puzzle, had no issues. Don't know how you would just get one piece from the company, you would probably have to try a replacement and hope the next one wasn't missing pieces. From reviews it seems that it is a common problem.
