| Answer: | Yes, they are. Water etc beads up and you can just wipe it up, plus you can use soap and water or baby wipes to wipe clean! |

| Answer: | We have a small dog (about 24 lbs) and she stepped on it one time and here claws left three holes in the foam. |

| Answer: | We have this mat and it is great, with one minor detail. For your main question, I believe it is 12x12. If you have a small child all the trucks come apart leaving very small pieces. Our son was always trying to place them in his mouth. Just an FYI, I know that was not really your question. |
