Answer:	I don't believe it's an exact copy of those characters but the frame of this muppet is as of the characters you mentioned. For this muppet, its hair, eyes, and clothing are sewed to its body and can't be removed. The only removable item is the metal rod that comes with the muppet.

Answer:	It was for my grandson who is 9 years old. He really did enjoy it but for a very short time. At first he loved practicing making it speak and even slept with the puppet, brought him to the table for every meal, and enjoyed introducing him to his friends. But after about a month or so he just wasn't interested and the novelty wore off. He was probably too young to sustain an interest in practicing the skill of ventriloquism.

Answer:	It sure does. The monocle just sits in 2 grooves by Charlie's eye. You can just take it out if you don't wish to use it.
