If you have lower motor skills in the left hand you may be fine since all that is required is the directional controls. If you are left handed then it may be a really hard challenge. One thing that might help is instead invest in a PS TV then get a dual shock 3 or 4 controller and this makes it much easier because the controls are bigger.
