Answer:	It is very easy to assemble
Question:	How to you keep the balloons in place on the pole
Answer:	Well I made mini balloon garlands and I used plastic fishing string to do that and then I just secure them on the pole with the string. That however may not work for beginners. So I suggest blowing up the balloons and tying them in groups of 2’s and 4’s. Then secure them on the pole by just looping the balloon around the pole. Just make sure that when you blow up your balloons you don’t over inflate them bc they will pop. A rule of thumb is the balloon should be shaped round, not oval.
