Answer:	You'd better not. The screw and its seat are all for unresponsive yoyos.

Answer:	Yes, it does not return. You have to force it to return using the string method. Check YouTube for instructions. Look up "unresponsive yo-yo return" it was difficult at first but you get the hang of it.
