Question:	Where can I find new directions? We seem to have lost ours
Answer:	Good luck finding any support of help with the EUDAX School Physics Labs kit. The website and email they list for support are fake or turned off and the other support processes they list in their written materials do not work as well. I needed information on some of the parts that were not listed in the instructions and tried for months to get a response. I do NOT recommend this product.
Question:	I just received this today. my son is enjoying it. however, the solar panel piece came broken. how can i contact eudax diretcly to replace it
Answer:	Good luck-I had a similar problem with a broken component and have tried since April of 2020 to get a response from them. Email, phone, letters all had no reponse. I do NOT recommend this kit becasue of this issue and the very poorly translated, innacurate and incomplete instructions. I would return the kit and buy from one of the more reputable suppliers with an actual web site-not a fake one like Eudax. As an alternative, you can purchase a small similar solar panel on Amazon for a few bucks and recycle the broken one.
Question:	Is there a parent or teachers guide that explains the concepts in more detail for each of the experiments
Answer:	Yes it has a teacher's guide that explains the experiments. I used it in a physical science class on electricity. Students had a great time trying different configurations of circuits,
Question:	How does multifunctioal car work
Answer:	The car is just a permanent magnet with wheels, you can make the car go forward or backwards by taking another magnet (from the kit) and putting it close to the car/magnet. Equal poles (S-S or N-N) repel making the car/magnet go forward (away from you), different poles (S-N or N-S) attract making the car/magnet go backwards (towards you). You can accomplish this also with the included electromagnet, when the electromagnet is off you can get it close to the car/magnet, then you turn on the electromagnet (with one of the included switches and a battery) to see the car/magnet move away or towards the electromagnet depending on how you connected the polarity of the battery ( +/- or -/+ ). Question:	how many tiles are included
Answer:	10, if I remember. Just as an FYI, I purchased this for my 6 year old granddaughter who had great fun decorating the tiles. Well worth the money.
Question:	is there a sealant included? What finishes the magnets
Answer:	it is paint on a tile, magnate sticks on back,,,pretty basic kiddo fun
Question:	What age group would you recommend this for
Answer:	I would say 5 and up. Anyone you would let use markers or paint. On some of the tiles we used that colored foil and it's "glue" for shiny designs. On some I gave my grandaughter all different sizes/colors of gems and she glued them on in her own creative way. You can also let them color the background with marker/paint and let them stamp on a shape cut from a sponge/foam dipped in their favorite color. Lots of ideas for all different ages.Hope this helps you out.
Question:	Are these magnets strong, or do the tiles fall off the fridge easily
Answer:	This is great product. My daughter made holiday magnets last year. Color stayed and it is still on fridge which never fell yet. Good art piece !!!!
