Answer:	I got a gauge to see how much alcohol is in my beer! It's called a hydrometer and I got one made by the same company, so they shipped it in a big box. Also, the kit doesn't come with any of the ingredient kits. I'd suggest starting off with an ingredient kit or two (5 gallon ones) because before you know what you're doing, it is kind of tough. Also, I think this kit comes with cleaning supplies (I'd have to check on this) but I'm not positive. Anyways, I know most other brewers prefer to get their own stuff. You can buy cleaning stuff online or in a store somewhere. Research it because everyone uses a zillion different things. Also, a big metal stirring spoon because the stainless steal cooker (You're talking about the 5 gallon steel pot, right?) is hard to reach into! Hope I helped.
Question:	This hair powder looks very small, so how many times do I need to use each brush
Answer:	You can ferment in the bucket, then transfer to the carboy for secondary fermentation, and back into the bucket for bottling.OR:If you purchase another primary fermenter (either bucket or carboy), you start in the new vessel, transfer to carboy for secondary, and then to the bucket for bottling. This method will enable you to process brews faster since you can brew another batch as soon as you transfer out of the first fermenter (without having to wait since your bottling bucket is in use). Question:	Does the chalk come off after one wash
Answer:	Spigot needs to be tightened down with tools. This leaves scars on the plastic. Best not to use the bottling bucket, and buy dedicated plastic fermenters if you really want to ferment in plastic. I only use glass. And secondary fermentation isn't needed in 90% of brews. So if that's why you are considering plastic.. Don't worry.
Question:	How do you get it in your hair
Answer:	No, You can use recipe kits or use your own ingredients. This is the basic setup you would need to brew two-stage beer, the plastic is the primary fermenter and the glass (carboy) is the secondary fermenter. Two-stage brewing results in a more conditioned clearer beer. Salute!
