Example: you pull out -at and spin a 3, you have to come up with 3 words that rhyme with -at. To make it more challenging, I have my boys spin the spinner and select that number of pieces and then they have to write that same number of words for each piece. | Answer: | It depends on how you plan on using the kit. If your planning on adjusting the activities to his education level then it would be a good addition. The bears are easily adaptable but the rest if the packet is geared towards those just learning counting, sizes and patterns. For example you could take the pattern cards and had him continue the pattern for 3-4 more times. The colored and numbered die could be used in another board game that usually comes with the dot dice. The spinner can be used in any made up game. The large number cards could have each bear represent 10 and count that way. You just have to be creative. |

If you're lucky, you'll be able to take the Crocodile Short Cut, although sooner or later everyone gets caught in the Endless Loop. Landing on special squares, such as Even or Odds or a number space, makes things even more interesting; you could get stuck for quite a while. The best part is that this is a game kids can grow with--children 5 to 6 will find it a learning challenge, and older kids can play for fun. | Answer: | Even though the box reads "ages 5 & up", I find it difficult to believe that a child over the age of 7 would enjoy it. That said, for the price, it's a nice game for preschool (age 4) thru 1st grade, IMO. I agree with Yvonne R. You won't be sorry. |

| Answer: | You could always use a 10- or 12-sided die if they are confident with numbers through 6. |

| Answer: | I placed my order November 2018 and there is no issue. You can exit the loop by either landing on the exit, or the 3 and 5 spaces (assuming you get a plus when you roll the operations die.) In other words, they are placed correctly on my board. |
