Answer:	Yes, this is a GameCube game, the Windows designation is incorrect.

Answer:	No unfortunately you cannot play D.O.N on any other gamecube than the japanese gamecube due to regional lock restrictions on the console. The game is not all that great just to let you know, I have had it for a while and have only unlocked 1 character because the character unlock system is so bad it has nothing to do with playing its all on chance. If you are wanting to play as NARUTO, ONE PIECE and DRAGON BALL Z characters you should just get J STARS victory+ for ps3,xbox 360, ps4 and xbox one. It has all of those characters and more and plays kinda like the Naruto Ninja Storm games. And to be honest it is one of my favorite games because its so unique to other games but with that same shonen jump character line up upgraded. Hope this helps
